Best Nasdaq ETF to buy! | ONEQ vs QQQ

    Chỉ số nasdaq

The Nasdaq is a very tech heavy exchange that you can invest into via ETFs like QQQ, QQQM or ONEQ. This video goes over the ONEQ ETF by Fidelity and I talk about my thoughts on QQQ vs ONEQ ETF.

ONEQ is an ETF by Fidelity that tracks the Nasdaq composite index. This means it owns a vast amount of companies on the Nasdaq. Actually, ONEQ has 1,130 total holdings which is 10x more than QQQ. QQQM is another ETF that tracks the Nasdaq top 100, I did a video on these here: youtu.be/sFj5YAqEmqw
ONEQ holds companies on the Nasdaq like AAPL, MSFT, TSLA, & AMZN. The top 10 holdings of this ETF make up 46.91% of the entire portfolio!
If we look to see what the best Nasdaq ETF is, I notice a similarity between these two funds & a VTI vs VOO comparison. ONEQ is like VTI where you can own essentially the entire Nasdaq. QQQ is like VOO where you can own the top 100 companies on the Nasdaq, sort of like the powerhouses of the Nasdaq Market.
My thoughts with the best Nasdaq ETF to buy goes like this: I don't personally see a reason to own ONEQ & QQQ (or QQQM). There is a big overlap, especially with the top holdings. Those top holdings are very very similar in terms of weights. If you want to check out another Nasdaq ETF, QQQJ holds the companies listed 101-200!
All in all, the best Nasdaq ETF to buy boils down to personal preference. What do you want to track. The top 100 companies listed on the Nasdaq with QQQ. The top 101-200 listed on the Nasdaq with QQQJ. Or the top 1,130 companies listed on the Nasdaq with ONEQ.
