Welcome to this Week's Stock Market Outlook. I discuss the price action of the major indexes, some top RS stocks, and Sentiment such as the put call ratio. Last week we ended on a very bullish note with the S&P 500 breaking out to all time highs above 4000, the Nasdaq following through and finally closing back above the 21ema and 50 sma. However, the Nasdaq is still below a key level and only the chips and semi conductor groups are acting well. I hope to see more leaders emerge and break out to new all time highs
